Friday, Sept. 29, 2017 – The Christmas in St. Louis Board is pleased to announce that the 2017 Ameren Missouri Festival of Lights will return to Kiener Plaza. The Festival of Lights will take place Saturday, Nov. 18, and will include live entertainment, the lighting of the Salvation Army Tree of Lights, a festive fireworks finale and the Winterfest skating rink in partnership with the Gateway Arch Park Foundation.

The Ameren Missouri Festival of Lights, coordinated by Christmas in St. Louis, has signified the unofficial start to the holiday season in St. Louis for many years. This year, as in years past, event partners invite the Downtown community to join in lighting up the neighborhood, in conjunction with the Festival of Lights activities.

Christmas in St. Louis is requesting Downtown community members to plan to turn on their holiday lights by 5 p.m. Friday, Nov. 17, to create a spectacular display of lights and unity in Downtown St. Louis.
